  • As a full time agent with years of experience, Howard has quickly risen to the ranks of \"Top Producer\" with his finely tuned negotiating skills, commitment, market knowledge and a general positive attitude. Specializing (but not in any way limited) in Braeswood Place, Braes Heights, Memorial, West University, Bellaire and the inner-loop, he's known for going the extra mile to get things accomplished. With decades of experience in marketing, Howard brings valued assets to KW Memorial, and in turn chose Keller Williams Memorial for the superior quality of agents/staff and the team environment. At Keller Williams Memorial, Howard is in the top 10% sales for the company. He serves on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council)/ The ALC makes decisions and gives guidance on how the brokerage will be run. Howard is also an educator and teaches several subjects in real estate training. Howard is also a member of the Luxury Home Sales (qualifications include extensive education and sales of homes priced in the top tier of the market), CPRES (certified probate real estate specialist), and CNE (certified negotiation expert). Recently Howard was appointed by Harris County Judges Theresa Chang and Debra Mayfield to be a special commissioner on condemnation hearings. These are hearings to help expert appraisers determining value for real estate. Howard said, \"It's an honor to be a part of process on such a higher level in a court of law and I'm committed to do my best - as I do for all my clients - to recognize market realities, identify potential, and help establish fair values. Even before being a licensed real estate agent, Howard was always buying and selling something. He owned his own internet marketing company both website driven and on Amazon, eBay, Yahoo etc. e-stores. At one point his internet business was so strong, he purchased a large commercial office building to work out of and to warehouse his extensive selection of inventory. He sold many different items from licensed jackets and jerseys to first aid and medical kits. Some of his more interesting sales; a 100 foot ladder pumper fire truck and a Lear Jet.
